La Casa al Mare occupies the second floor of a historic building in the heart of Monopoli's old town, where traditional Apulian architecture meets the comfort of a home designed to be lived in.
Rather than creating spaces for short stays, we have preserved the atmosphere of the home we return to every time we come back to Italy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We look forward to welcoming you to La Casa al Mare Monopoli. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, which is why we offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
FREE CANCELLATION
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 28 days before your scheduled arrival date.
In this case, any amount already paid will be refunded in full using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the guest.
PARTIAL REFUND
If you cancel your reservation between 28 and 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.
NO SHOW
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled on the day of arrival, and no refund will be issued.

Whenever possible and subject to availability, we will do our best to accommodate requests to modify your stay dates.
